RESERVATIONS
It’s a shore thing farm reserves all rights to retain any goat at any time. I do take reservations but I have first choice over any kids born. Reservations are held until reservations can be filled per your request. once a kid is born under your reservation you have 48 hours to respond with your decision before next in line is offered the kid. Once pick up date is set you are expected to make that unless otherwise discussed with me if you have not messaged me 48 hours after missed pick up dates you void your deposit and the goat will be offered to next in line person. Payment is expected In Full before the goat(s) leave my care. Communication is key!!!

CARE

Once the goat leaves the property the health of the animal is no longer it’s a shore thing farms responsibility (travel can be hard on goats) 

pick up or meet dates will be set up and if you do not contact me telling me you need to reschedule I have the right to resell the goat. 

All goats require a deposit fee to hold until pickup or meet(unless otherwise stated by me) 

you deposit is non refundable unless the goat being held is to die before pickup or meet date. If you decide to back out after reserving a goat with a deposit you choose To understand your deposit is non refundable and you will not be getting it back unless otherwise stated by me. Transport can cause worm/coccidia bloom when you purchase a goat from it’s a shore thing farm you understand this. when the animal leaves my care it is no longer my responsibility although I will help advise if you ask.
